It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Joseph Creed on December 1, 2024, in Fort Myers, FL. Mark was born on March 5, 1957 in Oil City, PA and was known for his dedication as an electrician as well as his love for cuddling grandbabies, woodworking, photography, maintaining his beautiful properties and relaxing in the pool.
Mark is survived by his beloved wife Carol Beery Creed; his children Scott (Randi) Creed, Bryan (Heather) Creed, Jordan Creed; and was a Bonus Dad to Jen (Eric) Farr, John (Stephanie) Beery, and Ryan (Lexi) Beery. He is also remembered by his siblings Jim (Pat) Creed, Mike (Debbie) Creed, Sue (Jim) Parkhouse, Joe (Lisa) Creed, and Bob (Jen) Creed as well as his grandchildren Davis, Bennett, Noah, Abbie, Ruby, Amelia, Isaac, Jackson, Kellen, Addison, Eleanor, Connor, Olivia, Patrick, Annabelle, Evelyn and Lincoln along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents William and Catherine Creed, his sister Patricia Creed and his first wife Marjorie Martillaro Creed.
Mark's Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Healy Chapel, 370 Division Drive, Sugar Grove, IL with a visitation from 10am-noon with a service beginning at noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compassion International, a ministry that Mark supported for many years.

I'M SAD TO LEARN OF MARK'S PASSING. I HAVENT SEEN HIM SINCE OUR 20TH CLASS REUNION. IT LOOKS LIKE HE WAS BLESSED MANY GRANDCHILDREN, WHAT A WONDERFUL LEGACY HE HAS LEFT. I WILL PRAY THAT OUR HEAVENLY FATHER WILL COMFORT HIS FAMILY AT THIS DIFFICULT TIME.
