Mark Dean Obituary
He was a graduate of Niles North High School, Skokie, IL in 1974 and continued his education in the medical sciences eventually earning his dentistry degree.
Mark survived his late husband, Bill Christy, his brother, the late Raymond Dean, his mother, the late Vivian Dean and his father, the late Raymond Dean Sr. A lifelong procrastinator, one could say, "He was even late to becoming the late." He leaves behind many loved ones.
Throughout his life, he endeavored to give the best he could to his family, friends, and patients, rising to the occasion when he could and accepting his own human failings when he could not. In his later years, he found the unconditional love he had sought, in his husband Bill, that had escaped him in his youth. Deeply religious, he was a devoted Catholic and truly believed his life journey was God's plan. Visitation, Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 10:30 a.m., until time of Funeral Service, 11 a.m., at Haben Funeral Home & Crematory, 8057 Niles Center Rd., Skokie. Interment, All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines. Funeral info: 847.673.6111.

Was a good friend of Mark´s during high school. Many times would hang out at his house after school- the sole house at the corner of Golf and Lawler Lost touch after I married and moved out of town. Another good person gone too soon

Mark was a dear high school friend to my sister Susan Goldman. He was so very kind and very smart. It made my sister happier just being his friend. Rest in peace Mark.
