Mark Allen Dorr

Mark A. Dorr, 63, of Jackson, died Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Centra State Medical Center, Freehold. Born in New Egypt, Mark had lived in Millstone Township for 40 years before moving to Jackson 11 years ago. He was a veteran of the US Navy and retired in 2025 as a master plumber from the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold. Mark was a great person, strong-willed and the backbone of his family. He loved cooking, fishing & hunting, maintaining the farm & feeding the animals, and spending time with his grandchildren. Mark is survived by his wife of 42 years, Teresa L. Dorr; son, Dustin A. & Kristen Dorr; daughters: Jamie L. & William Ott, Randi C. Dorr, and Billie J. & Peter Burdack; and 13 grandchildren.
