Mark Sheldon Fisher

Mark Sheldon Fisher, 64, of Monroe, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, October

22nd, 2025, surrounded by loving family who have comfort knowing he is at peace in heaven.

Mark was born January 29th, 1961, in Hennepin County, Minnesota, the son of Robert and

Janet (Meyers) Fisher.

Mark graduated from Wheaton Central High School in 1979, then went on to Rochester Institute

of Technology, earning a Bachelor's degree in Printing in 1983.

Mark married Nancy Broadbent on October 7th, 1989, in Naperville, Illinois. They were happily

married for 36 years and have two children, Justin (31) and Lindsey (29).

Mark enjoyed a long career in printing and color management. He especially loved volunteering

and spent his youth as a volunteer firefighter and was a proud Eagle Scout. Mark was known as

the one to call if you needed a helping hand. Faith and family were his highest priorities. Mark

was a lifelong fan of the Minnesota Vikings.

Remaining to cherish Mark's memory are his spouse, Nancy Broadbent Fisher; children, Justin

(Elise) and Lindsey Fisher; parents, Robert and Janet Fisher; sister, Laurel (Jack) Schnabel;

and his beloved cat, Tigger.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Weddington

Methodist Church (13901 Providence Road, Weddington, NC, 28104). Visitation will follow.
