Mark Frederico, age 68, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 23, 2024, at St. Mary's hospital in Amsterdam, NY.
Mark was born on November 7, 1955, in Schenectady, NY and was the son of the late Charles and Pauline Frederico.
Mark was educated in the Schenectady school district and graduated from Linton high school. Mark was always a hard worker from his teens with the Golub Corporation to having managerial positions with multiple companies, to eventually starting his own business with 1&M fuel oil co inc.
Marks strong belief in God guided his actions in his life. He was a mentor, teacher, and an advisor as well as a father figure. Mark left a deep impression on everyone he met with his kindness and giving ways. This is why Marks extended family is vast and wide.
Mark was predeceased by his beloved wife Joanne (Rogers) Frederico, his son Marky Matthew and his nephew Bryan Crounse.
Mark is survived by his son, Jason Frederico (Tori); daughter, Bronte Lahut; seven cherished grandchildren, Sofia, Jamison, Elija, Lucas, Damon, Asia, Gracen; sister, Deborah Bullock (Neill); brother, Chuck Frederico (Nicole); as well as nieces, Amy Crounse, and Mariah Frederico.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions in Mark's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 E. Main Street, Johnstown, NY.
