Robert Frederico Obituary
March 26, 1958 - June 22, 2025
Robert Frederico, Jr. 67, of Hammonton, NJ passed away peacefully on Sunday June 22, 2025 with his family by his side. Bobby was born and raised in Hammonton, NJ, He graduated from Hammonton High School in 1976 and worked for Atlantic City Electric from 1978 to 2017. He was a proud coach for the Hammonton Hawks organization for 36 years. Bobby has been the Head Coach for the Varsity Level since 2003. During his tenure as Head Coach he lead the team to 7 championship victories. He is the programs all time winningest Head Coach with a record of 169-56-1. He is predeceased by his parents Robert D. Sr. and Roslyn (nee Ciano) Frederico. He is survived by his devoted wife, Lynetta Frederico (nee Garuffi); his son, Robert D. Frederico, III (Ashley Katsarakes); brothers, Joel D. Frederico and his wife Jen and Jason D. Frederico; and two sisters, Lisa R. Frederico and Rhonda A. Bianchini (Gary Lawyer); his sister in law, Melanie Garuffi; and his brother in law, Mark Bianchini, Sr. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, Mark Bianchini, Jr. (Shawn), Jarred Bianchini (Stephanie), Joel Frederico, Jr. (Gabrielle), Jake Frederico, Isabella Frederico, Jason Frederico, Jr., Camryn Frederico, Ryan Howell (Leslie), Jason Howell (Sara), Virgil Gale (Mason), Amanda Garrett (Josh); and his best friend Rick Ruberton (Linda); as well as many great-nieces and nephews. Coach will also be sadly missed by his football family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday June 26, 2025 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. Third Street Hammonton, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Joseph Church Third and French Streets. Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 248 S. First Rd. Hammonton, NJ 08037. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Coach Bobby's memory to the Hammonton Hawks Attn: Dave Maimone PO Box 782 Hammonton, NJ 08037.
