To you Karena, Deb, Sonja, Dana, Kevin, Shelli, and Mike as an old neighbor that lived 2 doors from you ... you were a great family that added stability and friendship that has stayed with my family through all these years....(though Kevin, Shelli and Mike were so young when I was growing up you probably don't remember me or my brothers, however Mark was a good friend to my brothers Bill and Al and always a bright smile when seeing him playing in the neighborhood or walking in the woods behind our houses.
I had moved out of state decades ago, but Al has kept in contact with both Dana and to some extend Mark (mostly through Dana). Please know you have my deepest condolences it is hard to loose loved ones as we get on in age....Memories ....good loving memories will stay with us forever. The presence of his spirit conveyed his wonderful soul...his presence here a great benefit to all he interacted with.
Peace be with all of you. You have my deepest sympathy,
Mary Christiansen

I feel extremely lucky to have married into your family and I cherish the memories that I have with Uncle Mark and your entire family. I will always hold the memories of holidays spent Up North and the family gatherings that brought us all together, filled with laughter and love close to my heart. I'm praying for you all and know that as you go on, he will be watching over you from Heaven, smiling, and so proud of you all. I love you all and am sending my hugs to you.

My brother loved his wife, children and their families. His granddaughters brought him so much joy. His faith in God carried him through the past five years of his battle with cancer and Parkinsons. He fought so hard and the support of his wife and children gave him strength to fight. Mark is finally at peace in Heaven. He is missed by all of us. We look forward to our reunion with him some day.
