Mr. Harper is survived by his daughter, Amber (Mark Sinnott) Fleming of Texas; sons, Justin (Racheal) Harper of Portland & Lucas Harper of Portland; grandchildren, Hayes Fleming, Lawren (Seth) Reynolds, Copeland Fleming, Hunter Harper, Blayze Harper, & Bo Harper; great grandchildren, Klayton Reynolds; parents, Bro. David Harper & Jane "Ma Harper" Harper; siblings, Sherry Clouse of Bowling Green, KY and David Earl (Patsy) Harper Jr. of Titusville, FL.
Funeral service for Mr. Harper will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, October 6th, 2025 at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Pastor Al Johnson & Pastor Gary Pardue officiating.
Visitation for Mr. Harper will be on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday, October 6th, 2025 from 10:00 am until 1:00 pm at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home. The family will take a one-hour break from 1:00 pm until service time at 2:00 pm.
Interment will be in Old Brush Cemetery. Immediately following the interment, lunch will be served at Union Chapel Church.
Hunter Harper, Lucas Harper, Jim Anderson, Monty Short, Todd Adams, & Jeff Goodwin will serve as pallbearers.
