Mark L. LeClere, 70, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at his home in Troy, IN.

He was born in Perry County, on March 24, 1955, son of the late Constine and Alberta (Riat) LeClere.

Mark was united in marriage to Rebecca (Peters) LeClere on February 8, 1975. He started his plumbing career working for Herman Peters Inc. then went on to own and operate Mark's Plumbing Inc. for 25 years. Mark was a past member of the Jaycees, Knights of Columbus, and the New Boston Fire Department. He enjoyed spending times with his grandkids and his dachshunds.

Surviving are his wife of 50 years, Rebecca LeClere; his daughters, Jennifer Bryant (Nathan Lengacher) of Loogootee and Jamie LeClere of Ferdinand; grandchildren, Bryer, Blake, and Brenden Bryant, Ruby and Harmony; siblings, Margaret (Henry) Bruggeman and Charles (Jo) LeClere both of St. Marks; half sibling, Mary Dillow of Monticello, IN; several sisters and brothers-in-law; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his siblings, Glen LeClere and Diana Sweat, and half siblings, Irene Rhodes and Raymond LeClere.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00pm on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home, visitation will be from 2:00pm until service time.

Memorial contributions may be made to River's Edge Animal Shelter.
