Mark was born January 13, 1959 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska the son of Merle and Shirley (Coffin) Lisle. He grew up in the Fort Laramie, Wyoming area and attended school there graduating Fort Laramie High School in 1977. He worked on the family ranch until 2011 when he retired and moved to Torrington.
Mark enjoyed watching sports especially the Wyoming Cowboys. He had wished to travel more and enjoy life. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the National Republican Committee.
Mark is survived by his daughter Julia (Gary) Paris of Finksburg, Maryland; his first love Belinda Day; his grandson Dominic Paris of Finksburg; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Merle and Shirley Lisle; and his grandmother Lois Lisle.
