Mark Elliott Littlefield

Mark Elliott "GangStirWrapper" Littlefield, age 55, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at home in Greenwood, Indiana. He was born on Wednesday, March 19, 1969 in Sacramento, California to Sandra Lee (Herbst) Littlefield. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Lee Littlefield. He is survived by his wife, Carrie Lumpkin; sister, Rebecca (husband Mark) Pumphrey; and five children: Beth, Kayly, Opal, Anika and Marti. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren.
As a boy living in Simi Valley, California, Mark spent any free time at his family's art gallery (Nora's Art Gallery). He nurtured his passion for the arts by listening to, writing and playing music, as well as creating stories and drawing. Movies also played a significant role in Mark's childhood, especially since his grandfather was a movie projectionist. In 1977, he watched "Star Wars: Episode IV" 100 times at the Fallbrook Theater.
As an adult, Mark led a simple life, preferring to be surrounded by family and friends rather than materialistic items. Often, while drinking a Diet Mt. Dew and eating Taco Bell, he would watch his favorite team the Buffalo Bills (Bills Mafia!) play football. Mark remained a huge Star Wars fan throughout the years, being one of the first people in line for a movie premiere, but he also liked anything related to Marvel. Moreover, Mark enjoyed and excelled at playing Euchre, video games and Magic: The Gathering.
Mark was a spiritual man who studied various religions and the Universal Language of the Mind. He embodied a Buddhist lifestyle and mindset, resonating primarily with the Buddha Budai (laughing Buddha-personal reflection) and the Buddha Gautama (lifestyle Buddha-code of ethics). He believed in Karma, Dharma and the Law of Attraction. Later in life, Mark also felt a spiritual connection with Jesus. He would often say, "Jesus is my homeboy."
Family and friends describe Mark as open-minded and nonjudgmental; people felt comfortable confiding in him and seeking his advice. He would often tell others to "breathe" and "if it's meant to be, it will be." When confronted with life's challenges, he used humor, wisdom and kindness to diffuse difficult situations. Even in the face of death, Mark was never bitter or angry; instead, he was lighthearted, fearless and at peace. When one of his daughter's asked, "Why you gotta do us like this" (meaning die). He said, "That's just my style babe, love you."
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away....
Mark joined the force and is now one with it. A powerful presence felt by all who knew him. Though he may be gone from this world, his passing will be felt throughout the galaxy as a beacon of hope that will inspire others to live their lives to the fullest embracing the light side of the force. "Do or do not. There is no try."
The force will be him.always.
