Mark Mansell Obituary
Mark was born on August 17, 1959, in Lubbock, Texas, to Charles Edward and Winnie Christine (Gatlin) Mansell.
Mark was known for his competitive spirit and his love of golf, poker, and games of all kinds. A natural jokester, he enjoyed making people laugh and never missed a chance to bring humor into a room. Above all else, Mark loved his family deeply. His grandchildren were his whole world, and he adored every moment spent with them.
He is survived by his son, Lucas Monty Mansell (Samantha) of Midland, Texas; two granddaughters, Karterann Mansell and Charlie Mansell; four siblings, Tammy Roberson, Monty Mansell, Steve Mansell (Mary Ann), and Terry John Mansell (Louella); the mother of his children, Debbie Smith; and his beloved pet, Maverick.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cheyenne Mansell; his parents, Charles Edward and Winnie Christine Mansell; his brother, Keith Mansell; his brother-in-law, Tychicus Roberson; his sisters-in-law, Terry Lynn Mansell and Vickie Mansell; and his nephew, Avery Roberson.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
