Mark Lewis Page, 68, of Asheboro, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at The Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3:30 p.m., Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Russell's Grove Baptist Church, with Pastor Tim Fonner officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mark was born on September 8, 1956, in Randolph Co., the son of the late Jessie Lewis Page, Jr., and Willaree Russell. He was awarded the MVP of Southwestern Randolph High School football team. He worked at Goodyear Tire for many years and later retired from Thomas Built Buses. Mark was a lifelong member at Russell Grove Baptist Church. He played for the Goodyear softball teams and he enjoyed playing golf, fishing, and watching movies especially with his kids.
In addition to his parents, Mark was preceded in death by his, grandparents, Jessie Sr. and Lula Page, grandparents, James Stedman Russell and Nannie Lou Britt Russell, aunt Betty Page, uncle Billy Page, aunt, Janice Voncannon; and cousin, Rodney Voncannon.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Jordan Page Beason (Kenyan); son, Evan Page; sister, Debbie Caviness; uncle, Harvey Voncannon; and niece, Torie Caviness.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:15 p.m., at the church prior to the service.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses and caregivers at the Randolph Hospice House.
