Mark Anthony Piasecki, 76, of Napoleon, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 16, 2025. He was born on April 1, 1949, to the late Anthony and Ann Marie (Klatt) Piasecki, in Toledo, Ohio. On September 11, 1981, he married Brenda Jean Oldham at Our Lady of Loudes Catholic Church, Toledo.
Mark was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Napoleon for many years. He proudly served his country in the 1st Calvary Division of the US Army during the Vietnam War. Mark had a fondness for researching war history. He was very musical and studied at the Bach Conservatory. Many have heard him play the accordion at local festivals and recently in nursing homes. In his spare time, Mark enjoyed boating with the family on the river.
Mark is survived by his loving wife Brenda; children, Beau, Jessica, and Max (Dan) Piasecki; grandchildren, Logan Piasecki and Faith Ann Piasecki-Ruiz; as well as his bunny, Boo Boo. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Bruce and Anthony Piasecki.
Family and friends will be received at the Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon, on Friday, October 24, 2025 from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 7:30 PM. Funeral Services will be private for the family. Interment with military honors will be held at Resurrection Cemetery, Toledo, Oho. Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Online condolences and messages may be shared with the family at rodenbergergray.com.
