Dr. Reger and I shared many special moments. Together we introduced Dr. Karen Gainey to the "Wind In The Willows," a book that we both carried with us from our child hoods. We traveled to most of Limestone College“s Block Program sites across the state over the years. We told stories all along the way. Some of them were even factual. I will miss his intelligence and his sense of humor. Dr. Reger was a special human being, and he is now a special angel, at least according to my Southern Appalachian Mountain faith. I have missed him since his retirement. I miss him now. I feel that he will always be with me when I think back to his valued support and his kindness.

I worked with Dr. Reger at Limestone for several years. He is greatly missed by many. He did have a wry sense of humor! I know he missed Debby terribly.
