Mark Anthony Reichmuth, 84, husband of Zenith Mullins Camper, entered his eternal rest with the Lord on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Baptist Health Lexington, in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born in Lindsay, Nebraska on August 6, 1941, the son of the late Leo and Arlene Reichmuth. Mark was a retired Senior Auditor for Condata Global. In addition to his wife, Zenith, he is survived by five children: David Reichmuth and his wife, Amy, Dan Reichmuth and his wife, Gina, Judi Wright and her husband Chris, Doug Reichmuth and his wife Jeannie Lugtu, and Janet Reichmuth and her husband Mike Harstad. Additional survivors include his siblings: Eunice Krings, Virgil Reichmuth, Ruth Kuchar and her husband, Dennis, and John Reichmuth and his wife, Becky along with seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Mark, an avid Cornhusker fan, was an optimistic lover of all sports and life. He maintained his early farm roots with a green thumb for gardening and a lover of all nature, especially birds. He was a dog-lover and wrote a story about his dog, Bingo. He was the mentor and father-figure of many children and teens whom he coached and for whom he advocated. He danced for many years, and found Zenith as his best dance partner. He fiercely loved family and sacrificed everything, even his life on the chance of living more. He was a devoted Catholic and a believer in the grace given by the Sacraments He prayed for his family and loved ones. He befriended all he met and saw the best in everyone.
The funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at St. Luke Catholic Church. Mark will be buried at St. Bernard Cemetery in Lindsay, Nebraska. The visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service at the church. Betts & West Funeral Home is honored to serve the Mark and the Reichmuth family in their time of need.
