Mark Stephen Ringo

Mark Stephen Ringo, 62, passed away with family by his side on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to his late parents, Shirley and Archie Ringo on July 18, 1963. Mark retired from Paper Cone after forty plus years of service and was a lifetime member and donator of The Kentucky Humane Society. He loved being around water, whether that meant a lake, river, or stream he was going to enjoy it. Above all, he was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents and nephew Nicholas Axe. Mark is lovingly remembered by his sisters, Vicki Mattingly (Jim) and Donna Barrett; stepfather, Bill Lane; many nieces and nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. His funeral services will be held at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Visitation will be from 2:00-8:00 PM, the funeral service will start at 5:00 and visitation will continue afterwards. The family asks that all contributions be made to Kentucky Humane Society in Mark's honor.
