Mark Ritthaler passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 78, in his home in Junction City, Oregon. He was born on November 4, 1944 in Redding, California and later adopted by Pete and Isabelle Ritthaler. He married Charlotte Smyth on November 8, 1963.
Mark was an owner/operator in both the gravel and logging industry. He hauled gravel and logs for over 50 years. His interests were camping, fishing, and hunting. He enjoyed going to the casino and loved spending time with family and friends.
Mark is survived by his wife of 59 years, Charlotte Ritthaler, his daughter, Shelly Wilson, his son, Scott Ritthaler, and his daughter-in-law, Christen Ritthaler. Other surviving relatives are three grandchildren, Rachel Wilson, Rebeka Wilson, and Patrick Ritthaler and one great-grandson, Weston. His brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Bonnie Mann, his sister Wreynn Wood, and his sister Carol Meadows are also surviving relatives.
There will be a Celebration of Life in late Spring/early Summer of 2023.
