Mark Robison Obituary
Mark Allen Robison Sr., 78, of Lorain passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at UH St. John Medical Center.
Mark was born on December 11, 1947, in Wheeling, West Virginia to his loving parents, Carl R. and Edith M. (nee Pendleton) Robison. He graduated from Admiral King High School in 1964. He married the love of his life, Kathleen (nee Buckley), on October 10, 1966. He honorably served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of the East Townsend Masonic Lodge No. 322. He worked for the Ford Motor Company as a Millwright until retirement.
He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather (Maria), and great-grandfather. He loved to watch scary movies, to tell silly jokes, and to be surrounded by his family and friends. He had a young heart full of love, fun, and laughter.
Mark was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Robison; sons, baby Mark Robison Jr and Dr. Matthew Robison; his parents, Carl and Edith Robison; and brother, Gary Robison.
He is survived by his children, Kelly (Donny) Horsley and Mark Robison; sister, Melody Ackerman; grandchildren, Jesseca, Kaitlynn, Mark (Val) Madison, Donny, Craig, Emilia, Sebastian, Christian, Jace, and Rylan; great-grandchildren, Rowan, Theodore, Zarrah, Mark, and Ezmerae; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
