It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark S. Scattolini, Jr. age 37, who left this world on February 9, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Phoenix, AZ, Mark was raised in Aston Township, where he graduated from Sun Valley High School in 2006. He later made his home in Kennett Square and most recently in Glen Mills where he was able to begin his family.
In his personal life, Mark found the greatest joy with his wife, Donna. After knowing each other for years, Mark found true love in Donna, and together they shared many years of happiness and adventure. They created cherished memories on family vacations in Cape May and enjoyed traveling together, all while bonding over their mutual passion for Philly sports. They proudly celebrated the Eagles Super Bowl win in 2018 at their wedding, which took place just six days later. Their love for each other and the Eagles was on full display when they did the Philly Special with their Bridal Party for their entrance to the Wedding Reception.
He dedicated his professional life to the hospitality industry, serving as the banquet manager at French Creek Country Club and as a manager at P.J. Whelihan's Restaurant Group for many years. His commitment to service and warm-hearted nature left a lasting impression on all who knew him. Above all, his greatest joy was being a father to his two beloved daughters, who were the light of his life. Mark's kindness, humor, and love will be deeply missed but will remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him.
Mark is survived by his beloved spouse, Donna Walsh Scattolini; children, Olivia and Avery; his parents, Mark and Jeani Scattolini Sr.; sister, Kristen Scattolini; in-laws, Bill and Maryanne Walsh; brother-in-law, Matt Walsh; sister-in-law, Amy Walsh; his best friend Anthony Grosso, who was like a brother to him; and many other friends & extended family.. Mark's memory will forever remain in our hearts, and we invite all who knew him to come together to celebrate his life and the joy he brought to those around him.
VISITATION: Sunday, February 16, from 6-9pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home in 5980 Chichester Ave, and Monday, February 17, from 9:30 am-11:00 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church 340 Valleybrook Road, Glen Mills.

I am so sorry to hear of Mark´s passing. Donna, Olivia, Avery, and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. Mark was a great guy and a fun person to work with. He always made a bad day better with his stories and his comical views on club life. He will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
