Mark Schein

Williamsport Mark William Schein, 71, of Williamsport passed away at his home on January 22, 2025. He was born December 18, 1953, in Circleville, the son of Carl and Norma (Hulse) Schein. Mark was a 1972 graduate of Westfall High School, member of the Williamsport United Methodist Church, and a lifelong farmer. He loved his kids and grandkids and was proud to support them in all of their activities and endeavors. He was never too serious, and enjoyed greeting friends by teasing them, or sharing a good joke or story.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Toni (Noble) Schein, daughter Traci (Wyatt) Wilson, son George (Joe Breen) Schein, grandchildren Clara, Maggie, and Mark Wilson, and Mary and Leo Schein, his siblings Chris (Janet) Schein, John Schein, and Jane (Bruce) Wilmore. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 1 pm at the Wellman Funeral Home with burial to follow in Springlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be immediately preceding his memorial service on Wednesday from 11-1. Family and friends are also invited to share some food, memories, and fellowship with the family immediately following the burial at Crown Hill Golf Course.
