Russellville Family Funeral IncMark Quintin Sundberg, 65 of Russellville, AR., passed away after a short illness; February 22, 2026. Mark was born February 29, 1960, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Mr. Kenneth and Gwendolyn Sundberg. Mark worked with his brothers Marlin and Greg in Sundberg Construction for 11 years, he then worked in the glass industry until his retirement and move to Arkansas. Mark enjoyed volleyball, tennis, and was an avid artist in everything he did, he found great pleasure in sailing on the Great Salt Lake, and after his retirement he enjoyed gardening. Mark is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Jim Sundberg and Greg Sundberg, along with one sister, Wanda Sundberg.
Left behind to cherish Mark’s memory are his wife, Sally Sundberg; his children Emily (Andrew) Hathaway, Amanda Hodson, Spencer (Amy) Sundberg, and Gordy Loritz; the mother of his children Kimberly Mier Sundberg; his siblings, Marlin (Tatiana) Sundberg, Lynn Birkeland, Susan (Mark) Allen, Will (Gail) Sundberg, Becky (Larry) Johnson, Meg (Ted) Erekson, and Val (Lori) Sundberg; two sister-in-law’s, Gayle Sundberg, and Kay Sundberg; his grandchildren, Kyler, Carson, Emma, Jackson Hathaway; Tayte, Jayke Hodson; Cece, Gwennie, Noah, Charley Sundberg; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Mark loved the lord, life, his wife, and his family. He was so grateful, even until the end of his life, and he will be greatly missed by many.
A very special thank you to Debbie and Keith Yeager, for all their love, support, and guidance over the years.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm., Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Greenfield Ward 6350 South Rodeo Lane, Murray, Utah 84121. The service will also be available via Zoom, contacting [email protected]
After the memorial service, lunch will be served.
