He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on April 18, 1965, to the late Junius Lee Sr. and the late Wanda (Hopkins) Thomas. Mark worked as an engineer throughout his career. He was the dear brother of the late Junius "Junebug" Lee Jr. (Cheryl) Thomas and the late Anthony Lynn (Debbie) Thomas. He was a devoted uncle to Anthony (Maggie) Thomas, Morgan Thomas, Shawna Thomas, Cristy Thomas, and Billie Thomas, and was preceded in death by his nephew Junius "JB" Lee Thomas III. Mark was also a loving great-uncle to Carly Thomas, Connor Thomas, Krew Panko, Cameron Kidwell, Alyssa Kutchera, Christian Kutchera, Makennah Maurits, Raelynn Maurits, Shawn Grimbsy, Jolee Akers, and Mariah Thomas.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati or the Alzheimer's Association.
