Mark Anthony West, born on January 1, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on March 15, 2025, in Loveland, Ohio. He led a life of dedication and hard work primarily known for his career as a commercial plumber, where he worked tirelessly to provide for his family.

Mark's relationships were the foundation of his life. He met his best friend, Debra Ann Houston, while both were taking their driving test, which marked the beginning of a strong friendship. He married Debra on September 29, 1983, in Batavia, Ohio, and together they raised a loving family. Mark is survived by his devoted wife, Debbie Ann (nee Houston) West, and their three children: Erica (Steven) Bogan, Aaron (Nikki Cook) West, and Brooke (Anthony) Hoover. He was a proud grandfather to Dacoda Rigdon, Colton Rigdon, McKenna Conklin, Jaylen Conklin, Brayden West, Isaiah West, Ayden Bryant, Logan Bryant, Savannah Bryant, Dante Kiley, Jason Hoover, Dominic Hoover, Jacob Hoover, and Elijah Hoover.

Mark had a distinct personality that was often described as grumpy, yet he was known as a loyal friend to many. His interests included fishing and camping at The Gorge, where he enjoyed sitting around the campfire with friends as they played music. A talented musician, Mark played guitar by ear and was a member of the '90s band DC Electric. He was also an avid football fan, with a particular fondness for the Cincinnati Bengals.

In addition to his immediate family, Mark is preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle West, and his parents, Raymond Charles West and Martha (nee Wilson) West.

Visitation services will be held at Mueller Funeral Home in Mason, Ohio, on March 30, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Mark’s life, marked by hard work, loyalty, and a deep love for his family, will be remembered by all those who knew him.
