Joshua was born in Edgecombe County on October 23, 1991, to Lindsey and Robin West. He was known by all to be a friendly young man with a sweet nature. He cared greatly for his daughter, his family and friends, and enjoyed time spent with them.
Joshua was preceded in death by his father, Lindsey West; paternal grandparents, Garland and Frances West; uncles, Tracy and Charles West.
He is survived by his mother; daughter, Rylee West; and Uncle Garland West, Jr.
A Memorial Service will be held at Carlisle Funeral Home on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
