Mark A. Zubek

Chardon – Mark Andrew Zubek, age 59, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at Mapleview Country Villa surrounded by his family after a 6-month battle with cancer. He was born on October 24, 1966 in Cleveland, the son of Mark Steven and Catherine (Maynard) Zubek. Mark graduated from Grand Valley High School and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He was employed at Vector International Inc. as a screen printer. During his 30 plus years as a screen printer and artist, he produced many designs, including some for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, which he was very proud of. Mark is survived by his mother Catherine "Mickie" Zubek, sisters Denise Zubek, Carrie (Heath) Dalton, nieces Camille and Anna Seifried and nephew Evan Zubek.

A memorial service officiated by Rev. Kevin McCaffrey will take place at the Paine Funeral Home, Inc., 140 E. Main Street, Orwell, OH 44076 on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. with burial of his ashes to follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
