Marlene Adler, 77, of Girard, passed away on May 31, 2025, at Pleasant Ridge Manor.
She was born October 20, 1947, in Memphis, TN, a daughter to the late Edward John and Evelyn M. (Mantsch) Adler.
Marlene moved throughout the country as a young child, finding her home in Erie and graduating from Strong Vincent High School. Following graduation, she began work at PHB, where she remained for 23 years. Marlene's peace was found in nature, with a love for hiking and fishing. Her fishing took to her to every stream, pond, and lake in the area enjoying time with friends. She camped often and traveled with friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Adler.
Marlene will be greatly missed by her family which includes her son, David Adler (Tina); sister, Sharon Trost (Jerry); brother, Edward Adler; four granddaughters; seven great-grandchildren; as well as life long friends, Pat Clark, Kevin and Mary Ellen Neiswonger, and Dee Strolls.
Per her wishes, no calling hours will be observed.
