Marlene Richard ,79, passed away Saturday, October 19, 2024 surrounded by family. She was born September 26, 1945 to Bertha Holden and Aaron Marshall Prather.
Marlene was a manager of Villa Maria where she loved taking care of people. She enjoyed listening to music and dancing. Marlene loved watching movies and going to the theatres with her family.
Those left to cherish her memories are children, Kay Lynn Daigle (Octavio Davila), Nicole Ann Ortego (Jason), Kirk Patrick Daigle (Chasity) and Earl Daigle Jr.; grandchildren, five; great grandchildren, two; sisters, Loretta Leger, Kay Jaramillo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marlene is proceeded in death by her husband John Richard and her seven siblings.
A memorial service will be Saturday October 26, 2024 at Johnson Funeral Home at 3:00pm. Visitation will be Saturday at Johnson Funeral Home from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Inurnment will be at Highland Memorial Gardens. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home.
