My sympathy to Marlene's family. She was such a devoted Christian woman. I had the pleasure of speaking with her several times when I used to walk outside on Louden Street. Almost like we had a special time to meet and talk. I admired her always and will continue to do so. May God comfort you all. You have many, very beautiful memories.
In Christian Love,
Wendy Thorenz

Dear Heather, Darren, Marion, Noreen and families,
It breaks my heart to hear about the passing of my wonderful friend and your dear mother, Marlene. If I was not half a world away, I would be there for her services and to support you in your grief. I truly loved your mother. She welcomed me into her life like a daughter. She was the most generous, engaging, empathetic, and prayerful woman I have ever met.
She led an inspiring and exemplary life of goodness and kindness. I know she was always praying for me and my family. There is no doubt that Jesus Himself has met her at the pearly gates and cleared the way for her to come inside. I will miss our heart-to-heart talks, her laughter, and her company on our regular outings and lunches (and Prosecco) together.
Cheers, Marlene, on your final journey! May she rest in peace in the gentle arms of our Lord.
with love, Annie (and Tim) Brown

Dear Darren, Heather, Noreen Marion. I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom was a very dear friend for so many years. We met at 5 years old in kindergarten. She was also in my wedding party. I´ll pray for her and you during this incredibly sad time.
