Marlene Sparks Obituary
Passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 17, 2024. Survived by children, Shannon DeJonker, Robin (Bud) Coenen, Ronald (Jenny) Jr., and Rodney (Kathy); 30 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and brothers, Jerry “Punky” Holtzkamp and Ronald Holtzkamp. Preceded in death by beloved husband, Ronald Sr.; granddaughter, Grace Hills; parents, Jerry and Sylvia Holtzkamp; brother, Roger Holtzkamp; and beloved dog, Annie.
Marlene was a very devoted and very loved mother, grandmother, and sister.
Funeral Service 11 AM with visitation beginning at 10 AM, Saturday, March 23, 2024 at Kok Funeral Home, 7676 80th St. S., Cottage Grove, MN 55016. Burial will follow at Elmhurst Cemetery, St. Paul, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to ASPCA (https://www.aspca.org/).
