Stephen "Steve" Jay Sparks, 67, of Harkers Island, North Carolina, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
A memorial service to honor Steve's life will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 28th at Munden Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Lee Pittard and Rev. Patrick Whaley. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
