YOUNGSTOWN - Marsha M. Gibbons, 72, died on Feb. 22, 2016. She was born on Nov. 10, 1943, the daughter of Clifford and Dorothy (Keller) Colwell, in New Kensington, Pa. Marsha was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church, a campfire leader, PTA president, lunch aid at Kirkmere Elementary School, and she was a bus driver for the Youngstown City Schools. She enjoyed bingo, playing cards, and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Timothy B. Gibbons Sr. (they were married for 48 years); other survivors include her daughters, Shawna (Jason) Ward of Niles, and Shannon Gibbons-York of Boardman; her grandchildren, Hannah, Jaycee, Sadie, Malla-ky and Nirvana Ward, and Kayla and Antonio York.; also surviving are her siblings, Linda (Gary) Romano, Nancy (Michael) Emerich and Clifford (Alice) Colwell Jr. In addition to her parents, Marsha was preceded in death by her son, Timothy B. Gibbons Jr. Family and friends may visit from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.

Marsha was a very kind and loving person. There are so many memories of her that I have back when I was at Kirkmere with her children. She was always kind to me. She will be deeply missed. My prayers are with the entire Gibson family at this very difficult time.
