Marsha Loomis, 78, lifelong resident of Garrettsville, OH, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2025. She was the eldest child of Clyde and Dorothy (Moss) Loomis, born June 22, 1947, in Ravenna, OH.
She was a proud graduate of James A. Garfield High School, belonging to the class of 1966. Marsha retired from a long career with ODOT. She was a lifelong member of the Eastern Stars. Marsha was known to collect many things, but her most favorite things were The Beatles, books, and jewelry. Above all else, she cherished her family and friends that adored her and will greatly miss her.
Marsha was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sisters, Kathy L Henry, Junita (Larry) Luzader; nieces and nephews, Dorothy (Dean) Sabin, Michelle (Bootie) Page, and Christopher L Luzader; great nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Stokes, Emily-Rose Sabin, Lily Luzader, Rose Luzader, Austin Page, Joshua Gresham, as well as great- great nephew, Frederick Stokes.
Per Marsha's wishes, there will not be any service, but her family plans on honoring her with a Celebration of Life later in the near future, those who wish for information to attend may reach out to the family. Per her wishes, she is to be cremated and was entrusted to Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, OH 44231.
