Marsha Lynn Terrell, 75, of Bedford, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Stone Bridge Health Campus in Bedford with family by her side. She was born June 14, 1950, in Bedford, to Herschel and Helen "Maxine" Corey Bundy. She married James "Jim" Terrell on June 2, 1968, and he survives.

Marsha was an Oolitic High School graduate, class of 1968. She helped her mother, Maxine, manage the Clothes Cottage, later, Marsha and her mother opened the Tanning Center and operated it for nearly 30 years.

She deeply treasured her role as a Marnie, creating lasting memories with her grandchildren through laughter, storytelling, special traditions, songs, and everyday moments that meant the most to her. The love she poured into those moments will remain a lasting gift to her grandchildren.

Surviving to cherish Marsha's memory is her husband, Jim Terrell; two sons, Dr. Kevin (Lindsey) Terrell and Dr. Kurt (Brandi) Terrell; one daughter, Kelli (Brad Smith) Terrell; seven grandchildren, Austin (Anna) Terrell, Ali (Clayton) Coll, Carter Terrell, Mia Terrell, Konley, Kline, and Kale Woodward; one great grandson, Madden James Terrell; close family friend, Brittaney Spreen; one sister, Diane (Bob) Inman; two nephews, Justin Inman and Eric Inman; and one niece, Joni Canfield.

Preceding Marsha in death were her parents, Herschel and Maxine Bundy; one brother, Mark Bundy; and one grandson, Klay Woodward.

Funeral services for Marsha will be held at 11:00am on Monday, February 16, 2026, at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne Family Funeral Homes in Bedford with Pastor Stephen Johnson and Steve Warren officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, February 15, from 2:00pm until 5:00pm, also at Ferguson-Lee Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services.
