Marsha Elizabeth Williams, beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Bowers Hospice House.
Marsha was born on August 7, 1956 in Charleston, WV to the late Vondell and Janice Louise Doles Williams. To know her was to love her. She carried her “light” with her wherever she went, and dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Sycamore Free Pentecostal Church Of God.
Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Owen Williams of Artie; her daughter April Williams of Shady Spring; son Jimmy Williams of Artie; sisters Kimberly Yeager and Sandra Adkins; brother Roger Williams; grandchildren, Eliza, Jordan, Patrick, Kiptyn, Brandon, Corbin, Devin, Shawn, Brandy, Becky, Tiffany, Doug, and Anna, and a multitude of great grandchildren; along with many others who lovingly called her Mamaw over the years, as well as many nieces and nephews and friends who will miss her dearly.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a granddaughter Angelique and nephew Mark Kinder.
Marsha loved spending time with her family above all else and was proud of each of them. She loved going for rides on the side by side with Owen and enjoying the outdoors with friends and was a proud “passenger princess.”
Special thanks to the Bowers Hospice House for their kindness and care in such a difficult time.
Per her wishes there will be no services. Marsha will be cremated and go on one last ride in her honor at a later date.
