Marshall Rowlen Obituary
A memorial service will be held 3 PM Wednesday June 15, 2022 in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home Gibson with Rev. Kyle Downs officiating. Service can be viewed on the Taylor Funeral Home website at www.taylorfhgibson.com
Mr. Rowlen was a native of Cleveland, Mississippi and a son of Tally Rowlen and Evelyn Fielder Rowlen. Marshall graduated from Butler High School in Augusta and served in the United States Army. He worked as an HVAC technician and was retired from Creighton Laricey and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Mr. Rowlen was preceded in death by his parents, a son Freddy Prickett and 2 granddaughters, Amber Michelle Phillips and Taylor Raine Meek, a sister Inez Lewis. He is survived by his loving wife Therisa Rowlen, a son Chris Rowlen (Ashlee) of Gibson, daughters Ann Philips (Ricky) of Gibson, Marsha Butler (Jason) of Sandersville and Jennifer Rowlen of Thomson, 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 2 to 3 PM Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the Funeral Home.
Taylor Funeral Home and Cremation Care of Gibson is in charge of arrangements.
