Marshall Scurry Obituary
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at First Baptist Church. Burial: Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Spring Lake, NC.
She is survived by her siblings: Celesta Jane Dudley, Ella Salina Patterson and Rosetta (Albert) Mitchell; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, December 18th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon at the church; the family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 12:00 Noon

After my graduation from Shaw, I joined the Fayetteville/Cumberland County Chapter of Shaw University Alumni Assocation. Both Marshall & Jim diligently worked for Shaw University. She served as our Social Coordinator and performed in an excellent manner. She was very friendly, kind and with a touch of being a professional educator. I admired Mrs. Scurry and loved her very much. Ellen McNeill
