Her interests were as varied as her talents. She took great pride in working in the family business at Austin Furniture. Serving the needs of the customer was one of her greatest joys. She loved the Lord and served him faithfully at Brownsville Baptist Church. Recognized and appreciated for her genuine work with benevolence and giving to others, she wanted to make sure people had what they needed in their lives. She loved playing the piano and enjoyed music. However, Jean’s proudest accomplishments were her beloved family. She cherished her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren with a heartfelt love that knew no bounds.
