Martha "Marty" Ann Mincy Cooper , 70 of Spring City, TN passed away Tuesday August 12, 2025 at Methodist Medical Center. Marty was the daughter of the late Mattie "Mutt" and Mamie Mincy. She enjoyed crafts and quilting. She also enjoyed traveling. Marty is preceded in death by her parents, her children Steven Genoe and James "Jimmy" Genoe, her brother Jerry Mincy, and sister Gayla Waller and her fur baby, Maxx. She is survived by her loving partner of 25 years William "Butter" Ray of Spring City; stepdaughter: Alethea Ray of Dayton; sisters: Lynn McBay and Dotty McCormick both of Spring City; brother: Rick Mincy of Chattanooga; grandchildren Chris Busby of Chicago and Mattie Genoe of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews; also her fur baby, Jaxx.
No services will be held at this time. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
