Martha E. Lewis, 76, of Diamond, OH passed away Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Hospice House surrounded by her family after a hard fought battle with cancer.
She was born February 9, 1949, in Pikeville, KY, the daughter of the late John B. Goff and the late Dollie (May) Goff.
Martha retired from General Electric, where she worked in production.
She was an animal lover and enjoyed cooking. Martha was an avid sports fan which included the Guardians, Cavaliers, NFL and college football.
Martha is survived by her husband of 31 years, Arthur Lewis of Diamond, OH; daughters, Beth (Will Pickens) Malmsberry Hall of Lordstown, OH, Amy (Maysam Lakmoush) Malmsberry of Miami, FL, and Cindy (Greg Forrest) Workman of Howland, OH; sister, Donna McKenzie of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Allysha Percy, Courtney (Kyle Sexton) Hall, Brittney (Kyle Stroup) Hall, Brianna Workman, Jonas Kaye, and Aidan Kaye; great-grandchildren, Allyiah Hicks and Braylind Hicks.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tracy Goff and sister, Bonnie Blake.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral on Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Lordstown Cemetery, Lordstown, OH.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests material contributions be made to Healthy Hearts and Paws, in her memory.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
