Ray Hart Obituary

He was born July 19, 1981, in Warren, OH, the son of Ray Hart Sr. and Mable Peterson Merlino.
Ray attended North Mar Church. He enjoyed being outside, loved his dogs, and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, but above all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his sisters, Kathy Vanpelt, MaryAnn (Doug) Noland, and Brandi Miranda; and twenty-one nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Cheri Bishop.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Champion Baptist Church, where Pastor Jimmy D. Williams will officiate.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
