Funeral services for Martha C. Maxwell, age 74, of Oak Grove, Louisiana, will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, October 5, 2025, at the Macedonia Baptist Church near Oak Grove, Louisiana with Rev. Jon Cox and Rev. Kody Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Macedonia Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Cox Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Henry Costello and Sally Maude Costello; brother, Charles Kenneth "Kent" Costello.

Martha is survived by her husband of 56 years, Roger Lee Maxwell of Oak Grove, Louisiana; son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Sarah Maxwell of Buaxite, Arkansas; son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Beth Maxwell of Cupertino, California; four grandchildren, Aubrey Tucker and husband JB of Maury City, Tennessee, Ellie Jambois and husband Matthew of Monroe, Louisiana, Maci Maxwell of Cupertino California, Chloe Maxwell of Cupertino, California; two great grandchildren, Hallie Faye Tucker and Jameson Tucker of Maury City, Tennessee; brother and sister-in-law, Larry "Buddy" and Ree Costello of Midtown, Virginia; brother and sister-in-law, Charles M. "Mike" and Carol Costello of Bastrop, Louisiana; and sister and brother-in-law, Susie and David East of Longview, Texas; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Clay Costello, Michael Costello, Ty East, Jason Costello, James Costello, Jim Densmore, Justin Densmore, Joey Densmore, Josh Maxwell, Richard Lewis, Raymond Costello.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to the Macedonia Baptist Church Missions Fund @ 273 Billy Ray Road, Oak Grove, LA 71263.
