Martha Gaddis Power

Martha Gaddis Power, 78, of Dawsonville passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
Born March 4, 1945 in Lumpkin County to the late Clyde and Rosalee Gaddis, she lived most of her life in Forsyth and Dawson Counties. Martha retired from Lucent Technology following 22 years of service. She enjoyed spending time at their camper in Cherokee and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. A member of Mill Creek Baptist Church, she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Christine Grant, Brenda Gaddis, Barbara Moore, Joyce Ann Gaddis; and brothers, Billy Gaddis, Charles Gaddis, Leroy Gaddis, C. S. Gaddis, and Clyde Gaddis, Jr.
Surviving are her husband of 42 years, David Power, Dawsonville; children, Gina Warren Gregory (Tim), Clint Warren, both of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Adam Gregory, Kaitlyn Gregory, Cody Warren; great granddaughter, Adalynd Gregory; brother, George Gaddis; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held Monday, January 22, 2024 at 2 o'clock at Mill Creek Baptist Church. Rev. Rodney Pilcher and Pastor Ricky Stepp will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 until 8 at the funeral home.
