Martha Santee Obituary
Martha enjoyed volunteering at His Helping Hands, crocheting, dancing and singing. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Above all, her passion was sharing Gods word with as many people as she could.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Mary Richardson; husband, William "Red" Santee; son, Andrew Santee; and granddaughters, Jessica Watkins-Sheer and Kristina Thompson.
Martha is survived by her children, William Hershel Santee (Sue) of Tempe, Arizona, Kathy Santee of Atlanta, Kansas, Glenda Forbes (Robert) of Wichita, Kansas and Brenda (Dave) Leiber of Eldorado, Kansas; grandchildren, Kristina Miller, Peter Przymus, Tanya Przymus, Nicole Sarlan, Veronica Collins and Billy Santee; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother, Lawrence Richards of Ohatchee, Alabama; sister, Patricia Richardson of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many, many dear friends.
A come and go visitation for Martha will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The funeral service will occur 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, both at Lakeview Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral service, at Lakeview Cemetery in the Garden of Meditation, 12100 East 13th Street North, Wichita, Kansas 67206.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Martha's memory can be made to His Helping Hands, 1441 East 37th Street North, Wichita, Kansas 67219.

Martha and Red were fun loving, God-fearing wonderful people. We used to hang out together and Red loved hearing "the boys" play music. I'll never forget his appreciative Suuuu-eeeee call!! Martha was one of the sweetest little grandma's you would ever know. She loved the music and get together and would do anything for a friend. She will be so dearly missed! Keep smiling up there Martha!!
