Mrs. Martha Jane Schulz-Bartosh, of Ocala, Florida, passed peacefully on October 3rd of 2025.

Martha was 82 years of age at the time of her passing.

Martha was born in Wheatland, Wyoming on December 15th,1942 to Dale Carson Watkins and Villis Ethel Spurlock. Martha graduated from Riverton High School with a regular diploma, and went on to earn a diploma in Beauty Culture from Acme Beauty College.

Martha met Gary Kenneth Schulz soon after her graduation, and they became happily married. Martha and Gary were together for more than fifty years, until Gary's passing in 2013. Martha eventually remarried Joseph Leo Bartosh, and they lived a joyful life of retirement in Ocala.

Martha was a very adventurous lady and true frontierswoman. Early in her life she spent most of her time in the Wyoming outback, hunting, fishing, waterskiing, and camping. Martha was also an excellent swimmer, winning the title of Wyoming State Champion in high school. She was even offered a chance at the Olympics, but opted for marriage to her beloved Gary.

After marriage, Martha and Gary moved their young family overseas and spent many years traveling and living in places like Madagascar and Ecuador. In her retirement years, Martha was active in crafts and loved to cook and garden. Martha also loved to dance, and could often be found kicking up her heels on the dance floor with her husband Joe.

Martha is survived by her son, Scott Schulz, her daughter, Jodi Schulz, as well as her grandchildren, Carson Schulz and Cassidy Schulz. Martha is preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Villis Watkins, her first husband Gary Schulz and her second husband, Joseph Bartosh.
