Beckman, Martin Joseph, age 85 passed away September 16, 2025 due to complications from a fall. He was born on May 6, 1940 in Jordan, MN. Preceded in death by parents, Martin and Angela; sister, Maureen Stocker and son, Michael. Survived by wife, Rita; daughter, Sue Rieschl (Jeff); granddaughter, Casey Rieschl; sister, Carol Summers and many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Marty was a graduate of Jordan High School and the College of St. Thomas. He was a past member of the Osseo Lions and a proud member of the Knights of Columbus. He was also very proud of his Irish heritage. Marty had been a CPA at Touche Ross & Co, SR VP-Finance at Hauenstein & Burmeister and VP-Controller at Kraus-Anderson Realty. When Marty retired from Kraus-Anderson Realty he enjoyed spending time with his family, his dogs and playing golf. A service will be held at Wayzata Community Church, Wakefield Chapel, 125 East Wayzata Boulevard, Wayzata on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wayzata Community Church or the Animal Humane Society.
