When he was presenting me the Meritorious Service Medal I had been awarded for service at HQ TAC, upon arriving at Clark AB, he whispered to me "You TAC Weenie!". He had a great sense of humor and was a good friend. I am proud to have known him. Fly West with God, my friend.
