Martin loved to work, He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and the Tigeres Futbol. He enjoyed cooking charro beans and loved his pan and café. Martin loved music, especially Norteño music. He was a jokester and a friend to everyone. Martin was a humble man. He is preceded in death by his mother.
Martin is survived by his wife, Guadalupe; his two sons, Juan Esteban Martinez Mendoza of Sinton, Texas and Yonatan Martinez of Sinton, Texas; his daughter, Yagaira Guadalupe Martinez of Sinton, Texas; his father, Martin Martinez; his brother, Miguel Martinez of Monterey, Mexico; his granddaughter, Delaina Madilyn Martinez; his mother-in-law, Jovita Ramirez; his two sisters-in-law, Lorena Ramirez and Teresa Arizbeth Ramirez; his eight brothers-in-law, Osvaldo Ramirez, Eleazar Ramirez, Wilfrido Ramirez, Horacio Ramirez, Ruben Alejandro Ramirez, Benjamin Ramirez, Octavio Ramirez and Jorge Luis (Jorgais) Ramirez.
