Marty Boykin Obituary
Four Oaks, NC: Mr. Marty Wayne Boykin, age 50, of US 301 South, passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held-1:00 PM Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Four Oaks, NC. Officiating will be Rev. David Denton.
Marty was born on July 26, 1973 in Johnston County to the late, William Edward “W.E.” Boykin, Jr. and Sandra Parrish Savageau of Benson. He was an independent general contractor in residential construction. Marty loved to grill and making people laugh. He lived life to the fullest, loved the Lord, and would move mountains for his daughter and family. You always knew where Marty stood in life.
Survivors in addition to his mother; are his daughters, Karen Bryant of Four Oaks, Angel Bryant of Suffolk, VA; son, Tony Walker of Ohio; brother, Woody Rhodes and wife, Angie of Benson; special pet companion, Bella; a special aunt, Alice Massengill of Four Oaks; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service and other times at the home of Woody and Angie Rhodes, 507 E. Morris Ave. Benson, NC 27504.
