Marty Koehn Koch Shoemake, 77, of Stuttgart, widow of Robert Hugh Shoemake, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, at her home.
Marty was born Dec. 24, 1948, in Stuttgart to Paul and Gladys Ann Koehn Koch. She was a graduate of Stuttgart High School and had been employed by Producers Rice Mill retiring as payroll supervisor. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbi DePriest; and cousins, Rudy and Less Papan.
Survivors are granddaughters, Regan (Tyler) Holland and their children Wyatt and Whitt of Mt. Vernon, Ark., and Bailey (Greg) Yarbrough and their children Grayden, Makenzie and Garin of Stuttgart; and sister, Paula (Carl) Smith of Stuttgart.
Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 3, at Turpin Funeral Home.
Funeral services, officiated by Pastor Don White, at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at St. John’s Lutheran Church with burial following in Lone Tree Cemetery.
